$150/our plus 20% of goods purchased. We recommend this option–we have access to unique and to-the-trade product. This is just what we do best

2. Room-by-Room Design Plan
We also sell design plans for homeowners to implement. These range from $750-$1,500 per room (depending on size and scope of project). This is for the client who wants to shop on his or her own. Plans include:
floor plans and/or elevation drawings
design board
lighting plan
furniture selections
paint color selections
drapery/ textiles/window hardware
if applicable, hardware & appliance selection and placement
*note–styling and accessorizing is quite organic and the most important element that makes your house a home. We recommend you hire us to come back after you have completed your shopping to hang art and style bookshelves, etc. Our styling rate is $150/hour.
