From our home to yours….
(do you love how I cropped it to hide all the crap on the bar?)
our day-to-day dining room is obviously nothing like this:
In line to visit Santa yesterday. I’m gonna dress them alike for as long as I can.
This picture was all I needed for Christmas. Love it so much it hurts.
Next up, some things I may or may not get accomplished in the next 48 hours. (Okay, we both know I’m not, but I am a dreamer.)
I’ve got some of this paper downstairs. I really want to do this!!
with the same paper…a fun kids’ table.
string up our Christmas cards
sort and count out Rudolph’s food
I’ve got the open shelving…now I just need the wreaths.
the soundtrack in our home, She & Him Christmas
love these party cup lights!!
I’ve got the vase and the ornaments…just need to collect some branches.
hang an assortment of simple wreaths in the living room
We are stealing this idea. Chris is wrapping the boys’ rooms with crepe paper so they will bust through Christmas morning!
darling advent idea
Would it take me forever to make this runner for our Christmas table? I am intending to try. The entire family (both sides!) is coming here.
wreath over our entry mirror (I will definitely do this!)
Here are some things I’m planning to cook…
For the boys Christmas morning:
no-bake graham cracker dessert-yum.
And for after dinner, our chocolate “Happy Birthday, Jesus” cake. A tradition my family has been doing over three decades.
If I had a Christmas list (which I don’t), these would be on it:
We love soup–and this creation chops your food and cooks it! Love that. Cuisinart.
a new striped bath mat from Anthro. There are just some things that need replacing every two years.
Victorian Trading Co.
I really want this lucite and nautical rope side table, too.
And for Chris:
Pendleton iPad case (he loves wool)
red suede platform wedges from Free People
Here are some outfits I am dreaming of wearing this Christmas, and possibly even New Year’s Eve…
obsessed with the all-white and red lips. Truly.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you. Thank you for reading.
And, Anisa, thank you for this past year. Sometimes I feel guilty about how much fun we have working together. You are such a blessing in my life!!
