Greetings. I totally did not forget the Shabby Apple dress giveaway. I am still waiting on all the juicy details…sorry.
I do have a bathroom project that we are proud of! (not-so-proud of the pictures from my phone, but pleased with the result.)
Quick background:
The homeowners spent years and years in Colorado, so that rustic and natural charm remains in their souls. They wanted to keep some of the craftsmansy/cottagey/coolness of Colorado while still honoring their Georgia home that looks like a version of Tara. Not kidding–big white columns and rolling lawns of green and all…
We did our best to marry the two (on a budget).
Here is before …
(you know I don’t mind the paper, but they weren’t digging it.)
It is tight quarters in this main floor powder room.
and now…
subway tile-surround
Our clients loved the look of the Pottery Barn vanity below (but it didn’t fit!)
Our carpenter just built one.
Most of the bathroom was done on a budget, but we (okay, they) splurged on the marble top and Walker Zanger trim tile. Worth it.
We brought in the ornate mirror since parts of their home are fancy-fancy.
Just had to share it. Thanks for trusting us, A family
